Helium Rentals

NOTICE EFFECTIVE TUESDAY, MAY 7, 2013:

All helium prices are subject to change on a weekly basis due to the global shortage of helium. The rate we pay has always steadily increased. However the most recent increase was more than 30%, which followed a 30% increase two months ago and a 25% increase just a few months before that Please bear with us as these types of increases will force us to constantly update our prices.

Helium is a natural gas and therefore subject to scarcity. We have been told that given its current rate of consumption, the world's supply of helium is expected to run out in approximately 30 years!...well at least the portion of the supply they allow to be used for inflating balloons.

Short Term Rentals:

We offer 6 different sized tanks to fit your specific needs. Terms of the rental period will be determined within contract. The normal rental time is 1-3 days, but can be up to a week in some cases. Additional rental time can be paid for ahead of time at the rate of $1/day, $5/week, or $15/month. Deposit is fully refundable once tank is returned safely and on time. Deposits can be in the form of cash or an imprint of your valid credit card to be kept on file.

Long Term Rentals:
For size 219 cu ft tanks only, the price lowers to $5 below current market price per tank if you set up a monthly account. Great for businesses that want to have helium on site at all times. Monthly fee of $10 to keep a tank on site. Only pay for a new tank when yours needs a refill. We expect to deliver these sized tanks to your location, although you are welcome to pick up new tanks and return old ones directly to our Tempe location.
